Role Positioning and Objectives

This role is part of Revenue Growth Management (RGM). It works as a business partner for the US RGM Team, providing key commercial insights to ensure that end market growth activities contribute to financial success and that effective resource allocation decisions are made across the value chain. Together with the RGM Commercial Analytics team, it manages pricing and promotion optimisation, leading to account‑level analysis such as predictive analytics and post‑implementation results, while working cross‑functionally with Trade, Strategic Planning and Insights (SP&I), Brand Marketing and Finance. It supports RGM analytics projects, ensures activity design aligns with RGM, retailer and trade marketing strategy, and provides oversight to guarantee quality of execution.

Responsibilities
  • Understand strategies and initiatives that will accelerate revenue growth (RGM).
  • Serve as an extension of the RGM Team with a deep understanding of the business and how to enable sustainable net revenue growth.
  • Execute business tracking metrics and reporting routines that enable the RGM & Trade Marketing team to generate key insights.
  • Pull data & insights from Analysis, Trade Marketing Operations Initiatives to identify granular opportunities and create actionable commercial levers at market level.
  • Track performance of key business indicators as per Joint Business Plan.
  • Manage and track other key performance indicators: Brand Love Score, Brand Penetration, Loss Sales Opportunity, etc.
  • Provide performance improvement recommendations.
  • Identify and provide ongoing support to the Trade Marketing Team on system‑wide matters needing attention.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Able to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator, and influencer.
  • Knowledge and experience in extracting, validating, and reviewing performance data.
  • Able to conduct technical analysis such as regressions, clustering, classification, dimensionality reduction, collaborative filtering.
  • Understanding of programming concepts is desirable.
  • Experience with data‑visualisation tools and dashboard development (Tableau, Power BI) is desirable.
  • Analytics and data‑management experience highly preferred.
Desired Experience / Skills
  • Experience analysing dashboards and database sets.
  • Experience in consumer goods strongly preferred.
