Job summary

UPS Marken, part of UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics in Mexico City, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of pharmaceutical supplies with attention to detail and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include inventory control, generating shipping documents, cycle counts, and timely communication with clients. Requires independence, accuracy, and flexibility for weekend coverage in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse (pharma preferred) experience.
• Excellent eye for detail and customer focus.
• Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Receipt of drug and clinical trial supplies in accordance with procedures.
• Generation of shipping Documentation upon receipt of study request.
• Create Inventory pick-lists within Warehouse Inventory Management System.
• Physical pick of drug supplies (including lab kits) from within the warehouse.
• Inspection of drug supplies picked for shipment by other associates.
• Preparation of shipment export documentation.
• Processing of shipment acknowledgement of receipt.
• Post shipment notification to client.
• Stock control including periodic cycle counts.
• Process return drug supplies, including reconciliation, for destruction purpose.

Job Purpose: Ensure the efficient use of packaging and supplies available in the warehouse to satisfy client and internal requirements.
