Job summary

Ingredion, a Fortune 500 provider of ingredient solutions, seeks an Analyst Total Rewards to support compensation and benefits processes across regions including Mexico. You will handle standard transactions, maintain data accuracy, and assist in reporting and analysis with a focus on service excellence.

The role requires at least 2–4 years in a service center setting, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English plus Spanish or Portuguese. Collaboration with HR teams and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2 to 4 years' service center experience with direct customer interaction.
• Familiar with total rewards tools and processes; strong time management and urgency.
• Ability to quickly comprehend requirements and carry out transactions per standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process standard compensation transactions such as job changes and salary updates.
• Maintain and update compensation databases, templates, and tracking files.
• Support preparation and distribution of compensation documentation and reports.
• Analyze job evaluations, administer equity reviews, and market pricing.
• Coordinate benefits administration and vendor-related inquiries.
• Oversee some HR operations and data management tasks.
• Collaborate with HR and CoE to improve compensation and benefits procedures.
