Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Sr Supervisor Demand Planning to optimize production flow, balance demand with capacity, and ensure on-time delivery to our customers. You will develop master production schedules, coordinate with purchasing and operations, and drive continuous improvement using MPS, MRP, and ERP systems to boost planning accuracy and service levels.

This role requires strong strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to lead a team through complex supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, IE, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with MPS, MRP, and ERP systems.
• Experience in production planning and capacity management.
• Experience in demand forecasting and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage master production schedules aligned with demand and plant capacity.

• Create and monitor weekly production plans and long-term manufacturing schedules.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage master production schedules aligned with customer demand, inventory targets, and plant capacity.
• Drive demand normalization and production balancing decisions to maximize operational efficiency.
• Create, maintain, and monitor weekly production plans and long-term manufacturing schedules.
• Ensure material availability through effective planning and coordination with purchasing, operations, and supply chain teams.
• Monitor daily production performance and proactively address plan deviations.
• Manage purchase orders, invoicing activities, and shipment coordination to support uninterrupted operations.
• Leverage MPS, MRP, and ERP systems to optimize planning accuracy and execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve service, quality, and productivity goals.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Advanced English proficiency.
