Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electromechanics or related field.
• 3+ years of tooling workshop experience in stamping or tooling environments.
• Experience repairing and maintaining dies, supplier management, and multi-project handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the tool-room workshop and ensure die stamping tools perform at peak efficiency.
• Develop and coach staff through training, clear communication, performance reviews, and workload balancing.
• Manage tooling records, inspections, repairs, and tool transfers with precise documentation.
