Allegion Canada Inc. is seeking a Tool Room Supervisor in Tecate, Mexico to lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of tooling, molds, and fixtures. You will drive availability and efficiency targets while managing spare parts and cost-control in a world-class facility.

The role requires 5+ years in Tool Room environments, 2+ years in supervision, and strong CAD/CAM/CNC skills. English proficiency and ERP experience are required for cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of Tool Room/Tooling maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• At least 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for molds, dies, and tooling.
• Maintain mold shot counter matrix, plan refurbishments, and end-of-life replacements.
• Lead Tool Room Technicians and identify training needs.
