Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s PageWide Web Press (PWP) team in Guadalajara, Mexico, seeks a Mechanical Engineer to join the Customer Assurance and Growth team. You will take engineering responsibility for subsystems, support factory and customers, and collaborate with R&D, Operations and Procurement.

The role requires a multidisciplinary background, 5–7 years experience, strong problem-solving, and practical communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders on ongoing press

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Typically 5–7 years of engineering experience.
• Ability to work across multiple technical disciplines.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Design engineering solutions for mechanical and electro-mechanical hardware.
• Provide tier 4 engineering support and investigate hardware issues.
• Develop and implement test plans, validate tolerances and performance.
• Apply continuous improvement to improve reliability and reduce cost.
• Act as HP technical interface for strategic suppliers.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop reliable, cost-effective solutions.
