• Four-year or graduate engineering degree in a related discipline or commensurate experience.
• Typically 4–7 years of work experience in product design & development or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and leads activities with internal and outsourced partners to support manufacture of products.
• Performs engineering analysis of defective units or sub-assemblies and conducts root-cause analysis for production issues.
• Evaluates customer feedback and manufacturing/test/QA results to inform stakeholders.
• Collaborates with management and partners to implement changes that reduce defects and costs.
• Leads complex projects and supports operational and strategic plans.
