Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Product Engineer to drive product quality and cost reductions by coordinating internal and outsourced partners through all development and manufacturing phases.

The role conducts engineering analyses, investigates defects, and leverages customer feedback to enhance reliability and performance. 4–7 years in product design and development is preferred, with strong collaboration skills and leadership potential.

Formación

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a related engineering field with relevant experience.
• 4–7 years of work experience in product design & development or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate internal and outsourced partners to support product manufacture.
• Perform engineering analysis of defective units and root-cause analysis.
• Evaluate customer feedback and manufacturing processes for improvements.
• Collaborate to implement changes to reduce defects and costs.
• Lead medium-to-high complexity projects and mentor staff.
• Develop recommendations to improve manufacturing processes for reliability and safety.
• Deliver professional reports and support strategic plans.
