Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to support post‑market education and training for transcatheter heart valve technologies in Mexico. You will educate physicians and hospital staff, certify centers, and collaborate with sales and clinical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

You will deliver education on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting, develop training curricula, and provide ongoing follow‑up support to ensure high standards of care across

Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical device and/or clinical experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field; training in clinical/technical environment preferred.
• Experience in clinical education and post‑market training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Applies professional expertise to support field clinical specialist activities and business outcomes.
• Delivers clinical education and operational training to clinical end-users.
• Certifies centers, physicians and staff per EW SOPs and interacts with KOLs.
• Provides education on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting.
• Develops and improves training curricula and materials.
• Educates physicians and hospital staff on products and procedures.
• Provides follow‑up support to ensure patient outcome education and tech support.
• Plan and implement growth strategies within focused accounts with Sales.
• Upsells in key accounts in collaboration with Business Managers.
