Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Field Clinical Specialist to support post-commercial education and training across a focused product portfolio. You will certify centers and physicians, interact with KOLs and proctors, and continuously develop training curricula in line with EW SOPs.

You will educate clinicians and hospital staff on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting, while collaborating with sales to drive account growth and upsell in strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous medical device and/or clinical experience required
• Bachelor's Degree in related field; training experience in clinical/technical environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide post-commercial education and training support within a specific modality or product portfolio to clinical end-users
• Certify centers, physicians and staff as outlined in EW SOPs; interact with KOLs and proctors
• Develop and improve training curriculum, materials and tools based on clinical trial experience and EW guidelines
• Educate physicians, hospital personnel and staff on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques
• Plan and implement growth strategies within focused accounts in partnership with Sales Management and upsell in key accounts
