Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Thermal or Mechanical engineering (preferred).
• 5+ years experience in cooling/thermal systems with components like heat exchangers, pumps, piping, sensors, valves and controls.
• CDU engineering experience preferred.
• 2D/3D drawing platforms such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Good English required.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and interpret design packages to enable sourcing and production.
• Prepare unit cost estimates based on design lock down (materials, direct labor, overhead).
• Coordinate DFM with process and design engineers.
• Specify materials to suppliers and obtain sign-off with design engineers.
• Coordinate supplier material qualification with design engineers and quality.
• Oversee EVT/DVT/PVT sample builds and the NPI schedule.
• Produce production documentation (BOM, routing, PFMEA, PCP, WI, inspection instructions).
• Plan materials (CTB) and manage production plan for on-time deliveries with quality.
• Serve as customer interface for all product-related and technical activities.
