Vertiv seeks an NPDI Lead Engineer - Liquid Cooling (TCS/SFN) to drive next‑gen liquid cooling distribution solutions from Monterrey. You will set design standards, lead global NPDI teams, and ensure cross‑functional integration across NPDI, Application Engineering, and ETO.

The role requires deep fluid/piping expertise, expert Creo skills, and strong PLM experience to define tools and processes for rapid layout creation, quoting, and design reuse while meeting ASME/ASHRAE standards.

Formación

• Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years in piping and fluid systems, ideally data center cooling.
• Expert Creo usage for assemblies, layouts and drawings.
• Strong PLM experience (Oracle PD Cloud, Windchill).
• Experience leading NPDI projects across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead NPDI design deliverables from concept to product launch.
• Define standard TCS/SFN modules for reuse across platforms.
• Manage BOMs, drawings, and engineering changes in PLM.
• Mentor engineers and ensure global consistency in NPDI work.
