SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced Design Release Engineer for cooling systems in Mexico City. You will lead end-to-end design, integration, validation, and release of thermal management components (radiators, electric pumps, thermostats, expansion tanks, fans, coolant lines) from concept to SOP for ICE, hybrid, and BEV platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Thermal Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years as a DRE or Product Engineer in automotive cooling systems.
• Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP&R, GD&T, APQP/PPAP and OEM release platforms.
• Proficient in 3D CAD for packaging and surface modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end design, integration and release of cooling modules and components.
• Develop and validate performance with DVP&R, NVH, and flow/thermal analyses.
• Manage DFMEA, GD&T, CNs/ECNs, and tool kick-off documentation and releases.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to meet cost, weight and timing targets.
