RTX is seeking a Test Equipment Coordinator in Mexicali to coordinate and support calibration activities, equipment tracking, and related documentation. The role requires involvement with internal teams and external service providers to ensure equipment is available and properly calibrated for production and testing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate calibration activities for Test Equipment and M&TE, including scheduling and status tracking.
• Maintain records of calibration status and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely calibration.
• Support equipment tracking to ensure availability for production and testing.
• Review calibration docs and follow up on due/overdue actions.
• Support compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate Test Station Repair and Troubleshooting by aligning equipment needs.
• Occasionally travel to the U.S. for training or business needs.

As a Test Equipment Coordinator, you will coordinate and support Test Equipment activities, including calibration management, equipment tracking, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and service providers to ensure test equipment is available, properly calibrated, and compliant with applicable requirements.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate calibration activities for Measurement & Test Equipment (M&TE), including scheduling, follow-up, and status tracking.
• Maintain accurate records of test equipment, calibration status, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure calibration activities are completed on time.
• Support the tracking and control of test equipment to help ensure availability for production and testing activities.
• Review calibration documentation and follow up on equipment that is due, overdue, or requires additional action.
• Support compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and applicable accreditation standards.
• Support Test Station Repair and Troubleshooting activities by coordinating equipment needs and follow-up with the appropriate technical teams.
• Occasionally travel to the U.S. as required for training, support, or business needs.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Technical Degree, Engineering Degree, or currently studying Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Intermediate English (60%) with the ability to read and understand technical documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, for tracking and reporting information.
