Pratt & Whitney in Mexicali seeks a Test Equipment Coordinator to coordinate calibration activities, track equipment status, and ensure compliance with standards. You will work with internal teams and service providers to keep test equipment available and properly calibrated for production and testing.

The role requires a technical or engineering background with strong Excel skills and intermediate English. Occasional travel to the United States may be required.

Formación

• Must have technical degree, engineering degree, or currently studying Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Intermediate English (60%) to read and understand technical docs.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, for tracking and reporting information.

• Occasionally travel to the U.S. as required for training, support, or business needs.

As a Test Equipment Coordinator, you will coordinate and support Test Equipment activities, including calibration management, equipment tracking, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and service providers to ensure test equipment is available, properly calibrated, and compliant with applicable requirements.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate calibration activities for Measurement & Test Equipment (M&TE), including scheduling, follow-up, and status tracking.
• Maintain accurate records of test equipment, calibration status, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure calibration activities are completed on time.
• Support the tracking and control of test equipment to help ensure availability for production and testing activities.
• Review calibration documentation and follow up on equipment that is due, overdue, or requires additional action.
• Support compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and applicable accreditation standards.
• Support Test Station Repair and Troubleshooting activities by coordinating equipment needs and follow-up with the appropriate technical teams.
• Occasionally travel to the U.S. as required for training, support, or business needs.

Qualifications

You Must Have Technical Degree, Engineering Degree, or currently studying Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Intermediate English (60%) with the ability to read and understand technical documentation. Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, for tracking and reporting information.
