Job summary

Kimball Electronics in Tamaulipas, Mexico, seeks a manufacturing engineer to create, analyze, and implement engineering changes. You will interpret customer requirements through design packages, drawings, CAD, Gerber files, and related documents to drive robust solutions.

The role focuses on defining and updating documentation (PFD, PFMEA, WI, OCI, formats), advancing preventive and predictive maintenance, and performing process validations. Travel to the US and Mexico may be required.

• Provide fast and effective solutions for problems affecting engineering.

High Level Roles & Responsibilities Create, analyze, and implement Engineering changesactivities. Analyze, understand, and meet customer requirement thruthe design package using documents, drawing, CAD,Gerber file, etc. Define, implement, and update documentation like, PFD,PFMEA, WI, OCI, Formats, Etc. Create, update & optimize the preventive and predictedmaintenance for equipment's under engineering. Run process validation, analyze, and file an analysis toconclude the achieve results to meet customerrequirement. Support and participate root cause analysis and correctiveaction on time. Execute and follow up reaction plan and troubleshootequipment down accordingly. Provide fast/effective solutions for problems affecting ourengineering department. Improve new or existing process to achieve goals thrugreen belt projects focus into the KPI's indicators. Provide operative or product cost reduction based in oursaving goal. Support technician training ramp up and maintain crosstraining maintenance matrix. Share lessons learn internally and across KEI.
