Kimball Electronics is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Mexico to drive engineering changes and process development. You will analyze customer requirements via design packages and CAD-related documents, define critical documentation, and participate in PFMEA and WI updates.

The role emphasizes green belt projects and maintenance optimization. You will collaborate across functions, perform root cause analysis, and support cross-training.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and/or process development.
• Engineering Studies Degree completed.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatics, and electronics principles.
• Experience with GD&T, MSAs, and reading schematics/blueprints.

Aufgaben

• Create, analyze, and implement engineering changes.
• Analyze customer requirements through design packages and documentation.
• Define and update PFD, PFMEA, WI, OCI, and formats.
• Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance for equipment.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Travel to Mexico and the USA as needed.
