Sanmina Corporation in Mexico is seeking a QA Engineer 2 to lead the quality performance of projects through data collection and root-cause analysis, coordinating the CIT to ensure product quality per established standards. Knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 14000, TL9000 and AGILE systems is expected.

You will oversee inspections, QCP/FMEA updates, customer complaint follow-ups, and audits, coordinating auditors and technicians across three shifts, driving Kaizen and Six Sigma initiatives to improve

Formación

• Industrial engineering, quality systems or related field.
• Intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Updating Visual Aids of the inspections.
• Lead and update QCP and FMEA of your project.
• Follow-up to Customer Complaints.
• Lead project quality week meeting.
• Follow-up to weekly meetings with the client.
• Coordinate Auditors and Quality Technicians in the three Shifts.
• Lead continuous improvement projects in the production line (Kaizen, Green Belt, Black Belt).
• Generation of Quality Reports with the client.
• Client Audit.
• Follow-up to internal audits.
• Tracking OBA Rejections.
• Yield analysis in production lines.
