Zusammenfassung

Flex seeks a Test Engineer based in Guadalajara North to support product testing and process development. You will lead test activities, coordinate electronic engineering tasks, calibrate instruments, and document results to drive product quality.

Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager, you will work with engineering teams and suppliers to troubleshoot issues, perform data analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated leadership and guidance abilities.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting ViTrox X-Ray inspection equipment and Kohyoung AOI systems.
• Experience interacting with customers and suppliers on technical discussions.

Aufgaben

• Directs and coordinates engineering/testing activities for product verification.
• Calibrates instruments and records test data for analysis.
• Collaborates with customers and suppliers on technical discussions and issues.
• Analyzes test data and prepares technical reports for teams and management.
• Trains floor staff on test hardware/software and problem solving.
