Flextronics - The Flex Company in Guadalajara is seeking a Test Engineer to develop, support, and optimize test solutions, fixtures, and processes. You will analyze data, troubleshoot failures, and lead root cause corrective actions to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Responsibilities include configuring test programs, training technicians, and coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced English.
• 5+ years of experience in Test Engineering in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with electronic test equipment and manufacturing test environments.
• Knowledge of test software development, automation, and hardware integration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, support, and improve test hardware, software, fixtures, and test processes.
• Analyze test data, troubleshoot failures, and drive root cause corrective actions.
• Support test equipment installation, verification, calibration, and production integration.
• Create and maintain test procedures, documentation, and technical reports.
• Train technicians and operators on test systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and customers to resolve product/test issues.
• Identify and implement new test technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and support In-Circuit, Functional, ESS, and System-Level test solutions.
• Create and modify test programs using Python, LabVIEW, or similar platforms.
