Kellanova, based in Mexico, is seeking an Entry Finance Professional for a three-month temporary assignment focused on invoice processing within the GBS-STP team. The role involves ensuring accurate recording of supplier invoices and timely processing to support financial operations.

You will work in a collaborative, service-oriented environment that supports key stakeholders across the organization, with exposure to end-to-end invoice processing and compliance requirements.

Formación

• Experience supporting invoice processing, accounts payable, or related finance operations.
• Knowledge of accounts payable principles and invoice lifecycle management.
• Experience working with financial systems and transaction-processing tools.
• Understanding financial controls, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Invoice Processing Excellence: Accurately review, validate, and record supplier invoices.
• Timely Transaction Management: Ensure invoices are processed within defined service levels to support on-time supplier payments.
• Compliance And Documentation: Maintain complete and accurate records while adhering to accounting, audit, and internal control requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and support efficient transaction processing.
• Operational Continuity Support: Contribute to the stability of Source-to-Pay operations by managing invoice volumes for direct and indirect services.
