Jobtailor in Mexico City is seeking an Invoicing Specialist to manage diverse invoicing tasks under Oracle platform systems and maintain strong customer relationships. You will follow the DN V invoicing model and collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and timely closings.

The role requires proficiency in MS Excel, experience with CRM databases, and bilingual Spanish/English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• Experience in a finance/invoicing role is advantageous.
• Digital literacy and willingness to learn AI, automation, and analytics.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with CRM/databases and knowledge of Revenue and A/R accounting is a plus.
• Experience in international environments is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Issue invoices for a diverse customer portfolio under Oracle platform systems.
• Follow up on invoicing status per the DN V invoicing model and local processes.
• Handle subcontractors/training invoices, open internal budgets, and related activities.
• Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing queries and fostering relationships.
• Report and solve invoicing issues and escalate to the Invoicing Manager when needed.
• Assist the Invoicing Manager in monthly closing for WIP and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with finance teams in the business area and DNV Group in and out of Europe.
• Collaborate with local PM and Sales Teams.
• Maintain high data quality in the internal CRM database and accounting system.
• Perform general internal and external administrative tasks.
