Medline Industries, LP seeks a facilities maintenance technician to support our Nuevo Laredo operations. You will respond to work orders, maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire-system logs, and perform carpentry, painting, and basic renovations to keep the site productive.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of general maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and flexibility for overtime. A valid Illinois driver’s license is noted in the job description.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Work Experience: At least 3 years of general building maintenance experience.
• Experience applying knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire systems.

Responsabilidades

• Complete and respond to all assigned work orders, trouble calls, and emergency maintenance calls.
• Maintain accurate record of all operating logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC equipment, and other facility systems that are tested on a routine basis.
• Perform repairs and facility support tasks such as light bulb/ballast replacement, door repairs, furniture installation, ceiling tile replacement, and maintaining operation logs.
• Perform carpentry duties such as painting, caulking, installing drywall, and installing shelving.
• Perform plumbing repairs such as unclogging drains, installing fixtures, and replacing internal components.
• Oversee projects as assigned, including minor space renovations, inventory management, contractor oversight, and building efficiency improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned or as necessity dictates.
