Medline Industries, LP is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to ensure reliable operation of process equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision. The role spans electro-mechanical, control & automation, boiler, and chemical processing responsibilities across safety-focused operations.

Responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of process equipment systems through the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Performs equipment repairs and troubleshooting with minimal supervision, supports daily preventive maintenance tasks, and collaborates with other maintenance staff and departments on projects as required. Conducts inspections to identify safety risks and equipment malfunctions, contributing to a safe, efficient, and compliant operation.
To be proficient in the assembly, disassembly and installation of mechanical/ electrical systems and components. Test, maintain, or calibrate unmanned, automated, servo-mechanical, or electromechanical equipment. Measure performance of electromechanical assemblies, using test instruments such as oscilloscopes, electronic voltmeters, or bridges. Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly. Prepare written documentation of electromechanical test results. Inspect parts for surface defects. Install electrical or electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools. Verify part dimensions or clearances to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.
PLC Logic experience. Optic Fiber & Sensors Experience Networking & Troubleshooting. Monitor and operate machines designed to perform tasks with minimal human intervention. Check sensors, plc programming, wiring and connections to verify that machines work properly and analyze the results to ensure they meet standards. Troubleshoot problems and perform repairs when machines/ systems develop problems, preferably while processes continue to run. Prepare reports for managers and recommend upgrades or changes to processes. Able to think critically to solve problems and be detail-oriented so they can follow complex instructions. Comfortable using digital hardware and software, up to the level of minor programming. Interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for training new workers and explaining issues to decision-makers.
Experience in boiler systems, overseeing maintenance, enforcing safety protocols, and adjusting controls. Perform routine maintenance on boilers and associated equipment and piping systems, burners. Keeping service and repair logs, communicating with customers or organizations, performing preventative checks on equipment, and promoting efficiency. Mechanical skills and systems knowledge is needed in order to keep boilers functioning properly and ensure the safety of businesses. Perform line purges and detect heating/ steam opportunities. Combustion processes and burner repair.
Monitor and adjust chemical processing equipment. Provide technical support or services in chemical-related eqpt. Perform chemical adds to eqpt, identify reactions and define recipes. Maintain established quality control standards. Maintain Chemical supply eqpt (pumps, piping’s) Measure and reach desirable chemical concentrations.
Knowledge/Experience: Basic level skill in Microsoft Office. Mechanical, electrical, electronics & software maintenance background +3 Years. Able to work on elevated work platforms, catwalks, scaffolding, etc. and enter confined spaces. Must understand predictive/preventative maintenance concepts and demonstrate willingness to learn and continue education.
