NTT DATA busca un Técnico de soporte en sitio para unirse a nuestro equipo en CDMX, México. Serás responsable de la instalación, configuración y mantenimiento de desktops, notebooks e impresoras, así como de la integración de soluciones de sistemas de la empresa y de clientes.

Trabajarás en contacto directo con clientes para entender requerimientos y coordinar soluciones, incluyendo hardware, software y redes, con soporte en sitio y, cuando aplique, instalaciones remotas según el proyecto.

Formación

• Experiencia en instalación, configuración y resolución de problemas de hardware y software.
• Conocimientos básicos de redes y sistemas operativos.
• Habilidad para trabajar en sitio con clientes y proveedores.

Responsabilidades

• Integración in situ de soluciones de sistemas de la empresa y de terceros.
• Instalación, implementación, configuración y mantenimiento de desktops, notebooks, impresoras y periféricos.
• Sirve como enlace con el cliente en asuntos administrativos y técnicos; determina la responsabilidad de la resolución de problemas.

We are currently seeking a Técnico de soporte en sitio to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

Responsible for the on-site integration of company and multi-vendor systems solutions, which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems. On-site and/or remote installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals. Serves as company liaison with client on administrative and technical matters. Interprets clients’ needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, client support representatives or engineers.
