Jabil is seeking an administrative and technical support specialist to strengthen the QA Department. The role focuses on providing support to the Quality Engineer, preparing visual aids, tracking calibration, and assisting with engineering tasks to ensure quality processes are efficient and accurate.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information to managers, clients, and the public.
• Advanced PC skills and knowledge of Windows-based systems.
• Ability to read and understand visual aids and simple instructions.

Responsabilités

• Prepare visual aids for reviews and audits.
• Track calibration schedules for equipment
• Assist Quality Engineer or Technician in engineering tasks.
• Prepare raw data for analysis and review defects.
• Support MES setup for new products and DA/ECN/CAPA processes.
• Review non-conforming materials and products.
• Follow up on new product introductions and experiments.
