Jabil in Mexico is seeking a Quality Engineer II to implement, maintain, and improve the quality management system across design to manufacturing. You will focus on defect prevention, CAPA, and continuous improvement within cross-functional teams, including supplier collaboration.

Responsibilities include developing and validating QC processes, leading audits, analyzing quality data, and mentoring junior staff.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing and NPI environment.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485, CFR 820).
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies, including SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, and 8D problem-solving.
• Demonstrated experience with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification is a plus.
