Job summary

Jabil in Mexico is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to represent the quality function of technical support within manufacturing. You will develop and maintain QA plans and process routings, support quoting activities in early design and implementation, and review supplier or customer discrepancies to drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience or equivalent
• Experience with QA plans, process routings, and inspection processes
• Ability to develop training sessions and maintain documentation
• Familiarity with ISO, EN4600 and GMP documentation
• Strong coordination with suppliers and customers for QA issues
• Knowledge of SPC data and corrective/preventive actions

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA plans and process routings reflecting intended/actual activities
• Support for quoting activities by participating in process design and implementation phases
• Evaluate and support inspection processes via inspection aids and guidelines
• Provide training programs by development and delivery of specialized training sessions
• Review and maintain documentation files and systems for storage and access
• Review supplier or customer discrepancies and coordinate corrective/preventive actions
• Provide trend analysis of defects across customer, supplier, and internal sites
• Interface with departments on ISO, EN4600 and GMP documentation and policies
• Support corrective action efforts using SPC data and tracking packages
• Serve as liaison between Jabil Circuit and suppliers or customers on quality issues
