Siemens Software seeks a TechOps Engineer to join our global team in Mexico City or Monterrey. You will own end-to-end tickets and help operate and optimize Teamcenter and Opcenter across cloud and on-premises. This role requires 3+ years in technical settings, with strong Linux, logs analysis, and cloud experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field; 3+ years in technical role such as application support, systems administration, or DevOps.
• Hands-on Linux, SQL/databases, incident or ticket-management tools (ServiceNow or Jira), and reading logs to diagnose issues.
• Exposure to cloud (AWS or Azure), containers/Kubernetes, monitoring platforms (Datadog) valued.
• Experience with Teamcenter, Opcenter, PLM/MOM, CyberArk, or VirtualBox is a plus; curiosity and ability to learn complex platforms matter.

Responsabilidades

• Own and resolve support tickets and incidents end-to-end with structured troubleshooting and customer-first communication.
• Operate, monitor, configure, update, and improve enterprise software environments across cloud and on-premises (Teamcenter and Opcenter).
• Analyze system and application logs and contribute to root-cause investigations; produce reusable SOPs and knowledge articles.
• Coordinate controlled production changes and maintenance activities with global teams in a follow-the-sun model.
• Collaborate with engineers, solution consultants, and customer teams across regions to deliver reliable, high-quality support.
