Crunchyroll seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager for Mexico City to own complex technology sourcing across cloud, hosting, SaaS, and tools. You will translate strategic objectives into category strategies, evaluate supplier responses, and drive governance across Engineering, IT, Security, Finance, and Legal.

You will influence stakeholder decisions through data-driven supplier management, renewals, and cost optimization, contributing to a scalable sourcing roadmap and stronger renewal discipline.

Formación

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing, category management, procurement, or vendor-management experience.
• Led RFx events, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract reviews.
• Understanding of SaaS subscription terms, cloud pricing, SLAs, renewal mechanics, and data/security review touchpoints.
• Ability to analyze spend, invoices, renewals, usage, and supplier performance data to guide strategy.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; business-level English for global negotiations; Spanish preferred for local collaboration in Mexico City.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the technology category strategy across engineering, product, and IT needs.
• Lead complex sourcing events, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract/SOW reviews.
• Determine methods, criteria, and stakeholder decision paths for new technology sourcing assignments.
• Improve sourcing governance by partnering with Finance, Legal, Security, and AP to reduce non-PO purchasing and standardize processes.
• Create supplier-management playbooks for renewals, reviews, usage analysis, and cost optimization.
• Turn data on invoices, contracts, usage, and performance into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
