• 5–7+ years in product management or software engineering with a technical focus.
• Proven ability to write epics, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong background in Java Backend or Java Fullstack development with APIs/DB/cloud understanding.
• Own and maintain the product backlog with clear prioritization aligned to roadmap.
• Act as Product Owner during agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Experience collaborating with Architects, Program Managers, and business functions.
• Proven experience delivering technical products, platforms, APIs, or shared services.
• Strong understanding of modern software development: microservices, APIs, cloud, CI/CD, distributed systems.
• Experience delivering products from concept to launch in agile or hybrid environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
