Infosys Limited is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the definition, delivery, and evolution of complex technical product platforms and services. This role bridges business strategy and engineering execution with strong platform thinking and hands-on product definition skills.

You will own the backlog, prioritize work, and act as Product Owner in agile ceremonies while collaborating with architects and PMs across teams.

Formación

• 5-7+ years of experience in product management or software engineering with a technical focus.
• Ability to write epics, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong background in Java Backend or Java Fullstack development, with architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud concepts.
• Own and maintain the product backlog with clear prioritization and roadmap alignment.
• Act as Product Owner in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Experience collaborating with Architects, Program Managers, and business functions.
• Experience delivering technical products, platforms, APIs, or shared services.
• Understanding of modern software development: microservices, APIs, cloud, CI/CD, distributed systems.
• Experience delivering from concept to launch in agile or hybrid environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The role combines product leadership, technical depth, and execution ownership, operating across multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, reliable, and reusable platform capabilities.

Qualifications

Required

• 5-7+ years of experience in product management, or software engineering with a strong technical focus.
• Proven ability to write epics, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong background in Java Backend or Java Fullstack development, with solid understanding of application architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud concepts.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with roadmap.
• Act as Product Owner during agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Proven experience owning and delivering technical products, platforms, APIs, or shared services.
