Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field required.

**Job Summary** TIO Software is a dynamic organization undergoing an end-to-end transformation to become more agile, effective, and better positioned to support the evolving needs of all GBUs across the company.This role is responsible for providing financial leadership, expertise, and strategic partnership to TIO Software business teams. The position plays a key role in cross-functional initiatives, driving process improvements, strengthening financial execution, and ensuring business decisions are supported by insightful and actionable financial analysis.The impact of this role extends beyond TIO Software, requiring strong partnership and active collaboration with the PS, Print, and HPS GBUs. The role serves as a trusted finance partner to business leaders, influencing strategic decision-making and helping translate business priorities into effective financial outcomes.The position will lead complex financial analysis, identify opportunities to improve business performance, and support the organization in achieving its strategic and financial objectives.
