HP Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Finance Lead for the Technology and Innovation (TIO) Software organization to provide strategic financial leadership across GBUs.

You will partner with PS, Print, and HPS teams, drive performance improvements, and mentor junior staff while translating business priorities into solid financial plans. The role requires deep accounting and finance expertise, advanced analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset to influence decisions and enable broad business success

Formación

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related field.

• Leads and/or provides expertise to cross-functional teams and initiatives.
• Guides process improvements and policy development.
• Collaborates with leaders to influence strategic decisions.
• Performs complex financial analysis to support objectives.
• Leads analysts across multiple finance sub-functions.

• Represents the organization to external customers and clients.
