HP's Technology and Innovation (TIO) Organization is seeking a Finance lead for TIO Software. The role provides financial leadership, strategic partnership, and robust analysis to support cross-functional initiatives across GBUs, PS, Print, and HPS.

You will drive complex financial analysis, improve processes, forecast results, mentor analysts, and influence business decisions to achieve strategic and financial objectives within a dynamic software environment.

Formación

• Four-year or graduate degree in business administration, economics, finance, or related discipline.
• Typically 10+ years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related field.
• CPA and CFA certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Guides process improvements and policy development.
• Collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making.
• Performs complex financial analysis to support objectives.
• Leads analysts across multiple sub-functions in finance.
• Forecasts financial results and identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Represents the business during cross-regional planning processes.
• Represents the organization to external customers and clients.
