Bombardier Aerospace Mexico is seeking a Technologist, Quality Assurance, Receipt to certify final products, prepare delivery documents, and ensure compliance with engineering requirements.

The role emphasizes NCR reviews, FAI evaluations, and conformity processes within a manufacturing setting. A bachelor's degree in Aeronautics or Mechanical Engineering and basic English are required, with strong communication across teams.

Formación

• Experience in a production environment is preferred.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Product Process Delivery
  • Certify the product at the final stage and create delivery documentation.
• Nonconformance Reports (NCRs)
  • Review engineering requirements prior to investigations.
  • Create and close Nonconformance Reports.
• First Article Inspection (FAI) Reports
  • Review products against engineering requirements.
  • Review product structure against drawing requirements and process planning specifications.
• Conformity Process
  • Review information structure to ensure compliance with engineering requirements according to drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Certify the product once conformity requirements have been successfully completed.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

• You hold a bachelor's degree in Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering or related
• You have at least 6 months of experience in a production environment.
• You have 1 year of experience in a quality-related role in manufacturing or assembly manufacture.
• You hold an intermediate proficiency level of English
• You have problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative in team activities.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office; preferred knowledge of SAP, NCMS, Microsoft Project, and CATIA.
• You have knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
• You have a strong customer service orientation.
• You have effective communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• You have experience using measurement equipment for electrical systems and structural assembly.
• You have ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
