Thales Mexico is seeking a Software Developer/Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced technology solutions for the financial sector.

You will lead requirements analysis, prototyping, and coding while improving architecture and security practices; collaborate with global teams and push for technical excellence with a hybrid work model in Cuernavaca.

Formación

• B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronic Engineering.
• Fluent Business English.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Prior experience in the banking/financial sector.
• Strong background in Java (Spring Framework, J2EE) and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience with web services (SOAP/REST) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA2).
• Comfortable working in Linux environments.

• Recommend and execute new approaches to existing software development processes, ensuring technical quality and managing security vulnerabilities.

Must‑Have

Nice‑to‑Have

• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and build tools (Maven/Ant).
