Branson Ultrasonics, an Emerson business, is seeking a customer-focused technical support specialist to help customers with ultrasonic welding equipment across installation, operation, and maintenance. You will diagnose issues, propose corrective actions, and work with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales to resolve complex cases.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field is required.
• Experience supporting industrial equipment, automation systems, or electro-mechanical products is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across mechanical/electrical/software domains.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to installation, operation, and maintenance of ultrasonic welding equipment.
• Analyze product concerns and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with customers to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Document technical cases and interactions in established systems.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to resolve complex challenges.
• Support product quality initiatives by identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Escalate highly complex issues to Technical Support Engineers when needed.
• Build strong customer relationships with responsive, professional support.
