Danfoss in Reynosa, Mexico, seeks a Global Manufacturing Engineer to shape how advanced liquid-cooling products are produced across our global production network. You will develop, industrialize, and standardize scalable manufacturing processes that ensure quality, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

You will lead new-product industrialization, drive Lean initiatives and process capability improvements, and collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, and suppliers to scale capacity

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven manufacturing engineering experience in multi-site or global environments.
  • Strong background in industrialization, process standardization, and manufacturing support for complex mechanical, thermal, or fluid systems.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, DOE, SPC, PFMEA, process capability, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action methodologies.
  • Global mindset with analytical and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Define and maintain global manufacturing standards for assembly, leak testing, brazing, welding, machining, inspection, and final validation processes.
  • Lead new-product industrialization activities including process development, tooling and fixture design, pilot builds, capability studies, and global production handoff.
  • Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives, process audits, KPI improvements, and structured problem-solving activities to improve quality, safety, throughput, and cost performance.
  • Collaborate with Quality teams to align PFMEAs, control plans, PPAP, FAI, testing, validation, and risk mitigation practices across manufacturing sites.
  • Support plants and suppliers by scaling manufacturing capacity, replicating proven production systems, and advancing automation, robotics, and digital manufacturing solutions.

What We\'re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing engineering within multi-site or global manufacturing environments.
  • Strong background in industrialization, process standardization, and manufacturing support for complex mechanical, thermal, or fluid systems.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, DOE, SPC, PFMEA, process capability, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action methodologies.
  • A global mindset with strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and cross-cultural leadership skills.
