The role involves analyzing malfunctions in control systems, supporting sample builds, validating tooling, performing engineering tests, and developing testing data analyses to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.

Strong organization, teamwork, and MS Office proficiency are required to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Lead analyzing the malfunctions and deviations of control systems to identify and resolve problems.
• Support the engineering team on sample builds.
• Ensure tooling and equipment validation with engineering.
• Perform engineering tests.
• Ensure the development of testing and data analysis.
• Run cycle time studies that identify potential bottlenecks.
• Resolve irregularities in the process of the manufacturing equipment.
• Perform analysis and prepare reports using metrics obtained from monitoring raw data, trends and other reports.
• Perform technical issues and train other employees in the team.
• Advise on analysis and reports on metrics obtained from tracking using raw data, trends and other reports.
