Siemens Energy busca un/a Especialista en Propuestas Técnicas para apoyar a los equipos de ventas y servicio, aportando experiencia técnica, elaborando propuestas detalladas y asegurando una interacción excepcional con los clientes en soluciones de transformadores y servicios asociados.

La posición implica trabajar con ingeniería, gestión de proyectos, logística y servicio de campo para adaptar soluciones, evaluar riesgos y garantizar la viabilidad técnica y comercial de cada proyecto.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• 5+ years in a technical sale, estimating, or engineering role
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Salesforce proficiency
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn; collaborative team player; meet deadlines
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
• Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers

Responsabilidades

• Develop comprehensive proposals for power transformer services, including installations, maintenance, and testing.
• Evaluate project risks and create strategies to mitigate them, ensuring cost efficiency for the customer.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, logistics, and field service) to gather technical information and ensure project feasibility.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team and customers, addressing inquiries and tailoring solutions to meet customer needs.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their requirements, offer technical assistance, and conduct site visits as necessary.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, OR equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in a technical sale, estimating, or engineering role, preferably in the power or electrical industry.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and tools like Salesforce.
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn. Collaborative team player with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
