Belcan is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a PDE role in Querétaro, Mexico. This is a one-year contract position with a key aerospace client.

You will oversee and coordinate the successful execution of complex projects, focusing on technical aspects, adherence to standards, and meeting customer requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and stakeholders, to ensure objectives are met within budget and schedule.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in technical project management, preferably in aerospace/turbomachinery.
• Knowledge of aerospace technologies, systems, and processes.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards in aerospace/turbomachinery.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling tools, MBD, and drawing processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with Excel, PM Tools, MS Project, Smartsheets, Jira, Confluence, Oracle.

A Technical Project Manager in PDE role in Querétaro México, is currently available. This is a one year contract position with one of our key aerospace clients. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of complex projects within the organization. Your primary focus will be on managing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and meeting customer requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure project objectives are achieved within the allocated budget and timeframe.

Job Duties

• - Project Planning and Execution:
• - Supports and/or lead the development and implementation of comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• - Supports coordination and allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
• - Monitor projects progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively take corrective actions to ensure successful execution

Required Qualifications:

• - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• - Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in the aerospace or turbomachinery industry of 5+ years.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• - GE, Safran or other Aerospace industry relevant experience
