Belcan is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a PDE role in Querétaro, Mexico. This is a one-year contract position with a key aerospace client.

You will oversee and coordinate the successful execution of complex projects, focusing on technical aspects, adherence to standards, and meeting customer requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and stakeholders, to ensure objectives are met within budget and schedule.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in technical project management, preferably in aerospace/turbomachinery.
• Knowledge of aerospace technologies, systems, and processes.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards in aerospace/turbomachinery.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling tools, MBD, and drawing processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with Excel, PM Tools, MS Project, Smartsheets, Jira, Confluence, Oracle.

Responsabilidades

• Project Planning and Execution: supports or leads the development and implementation of comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Resource coordination, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and take corrective actions to ensure successful execution.
