The role entails defining the technical product vision, partnering with engineering teams, and leading AI initiatives from research to production.

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager, AI Engineering to help bridge the gap between advanced AI research and production‑grade software in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) space.

This is a highly technical product role for someone who understands the infrastructure, workflows, and engineering trade‑offs required to bring AI‑powered products to life at scale. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners, including AI/ML engineers, architects, and business stakeholders, to shape and deliver intelligent tools that improve design, automation, and decision‑making across AEC workflows.

The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking with hands‑on knowledge of AI/ML systems, LLM applications, data pipelines, and cloud‑based delivery environments. You will help define both the product direction and the technical path to execution.

Responsibilities

The following duties are typical of the position but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.

Product Strategy & AI Innovation

• Define the technical product vision and roadmap for AI‑driven solutions within the AEC ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities to apply technologies such as large language models (LLMs), retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), agentic workflows, and fine‑tuning strategies for domain‑specific use cases.
• Translate complex AEC workflows into clear product and technical requirements for engineering teams.
• Evaluate emerging AI frameworks and tools to determine their fit for enterprise applications.

AI Product Development & Delivery

• Partner with engineering teams to move AI initiatives from research and experimentation into proof of concept and production.
• Support the design of scalable AI systems, including data ingestion pipelines, model training workflows, inference optimization, API integrations, and microservices architectures.
• Collaborate on cloud‑based AI solutions and serverless functions across platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Help prioritize delivery across feature development, infrastructure needs, and technical debt.

Measurement, Quality & Governance

• Define and monitor technical KPIs such as model latency, token usage and cost, accuracy and evaluation metrics, and hallucination rates.
• Establish benchmarking and model evaluation practices to improve performance and reliability.
• Partner with subject matter experts to support synthetic data generation, data labeling, and vector database strategies.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to data leakage, prompt injection, model drift, and regulatory and governance requirements.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

• Serve as a key liaison between senior leadership and technical teams.
• Communicate complex AI concepts and trade‑offs in a way that supports informed decision‑making.
• Lead fast‑paced execution within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Use AI‑assisted development tools and modern digital workflows to accelerate delivery and collaboration.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5 – 7 years of experience in Technical Product Management, Technical Program Management, or Engineering Leadership.
• 3 or more years experience specifically in one or more of the following: AI/ML engineering, LLM Application, development, MLOps, or AI Platform/infrastructure product development.
• Familiarity with Python, PyTorch, and/or TensorFlow, AI orchestration, frameworks such as LangChain or Llamalndex, vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or Weavite, and tools such as Azure AI Studio, OpenAI API, Claude Code, or comparable AI development tools.
• Keywords: Production‑grade code, AI frameworks (LandChain, LandGraph, Gogle ADK, and agentic development), MVP apps into production using the cloud enviroment, front‑end, back‑end, API.
• Advanced English.
