SSOE Group in León, Guanajuato is seeking a Technical Product Manager for AI Engineering to bridge advanced AI research with production software in the AEC sector. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in Technical Product Management and a strong understanding of AI/ML systems.
The role entails defining the technical product vision, partnering with engineering teams, and leading AI initiatives from research to production.

Formación
- 5 – 7 years of experience in Technical Product Management, Technical Program Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- 3 or more years experience specifically in AI/ML engineering, LLM Application, or MLOps.
- Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or Llamalndex.
Responsabilidades
- Define the technical product vision and roadmap for AI‑driven solutions within the AEC ecosystem.
- Partner with engineering teams to move AI initiatives from research into production.
- Define and monitor technical KPIs such as model latency and accuracy.
