HSBC is seeking a Specialist Engineer in Toluca, Mexico to enable technical development and run-time operation of banking products. You will own end-to-end delivery, collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, and drive automation and DevOps practices across releases.

You will apply strong software engineering fundamentals, CI/CD, observability, and security awareness to ensure resilient, compliant delivery of services in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Engineering degree required or equivalent
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering practices
• Experience across build, test, release and run lifecycle

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end delivery and run support across full lifecycle
• Product/service ownership and roadmap delivery
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and stakeholders for technical direction
• Automate processes and CI/CD to improve quality and speed
• Support DevOps during releases and changes with focus on availability
