• Provide strategic guidance on technical requirements, solution architecture, and transformation initiatives.
• Drive project planning, estimation, execution, and governance to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Identify and recommend innovative approaches, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and business performance.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and support organizational change initiatives.
• Stay current on emerging trends, technologies, and market developments within the banking industry.
