Hamsa is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and delivery for cross-border payments and stablecoin infrastructure in Mexico. You will define the product, API integration with banks and fintechs, and own end-to-end delivery as on-ground product owner.

Based in Mexico, this hybrid role involves collaborating with engineering, compliance, and business teams, managing the roadmap, and growing regional responsibility as the project scales.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a hybrid of both in fintech/payments/financial infrastructure.
• Experience specifying and delivering products involving integrations with banks or other financial service providers.
• Own end-to-end project delivery, from requirements through delivery, with milestones and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).
• Excellent stakeholder management, coordinating technical, business, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Define and document detailed product requirements, including API integrations with banking systems and third‑party providers.
• Own end-to-end development lifecycle from requirements to delivery and milestones tracking.
• Serve as primary contact between engineering, business, and client stakeholders, managing expectations and timelines.
• Coordinate across engineering, compliance, legal, and business teams around a shared roadmap.
• Own the product backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
