• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, PMO, or related role.
• Proven experience managing complex technology or digital transformation initiatives with multiple workstreams.
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk management, issue resolution, dependency management, and change control.
• Experience working across business and technology teams to drive execution and accountability.
• Strong executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, and project management/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT, technology, and digital transformation projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across business, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage RAID logs, action items, dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Track project progress, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Drive accountability across project teams and ensure owners meet commitments and deadlines.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, status meetings, and working sessions.
• Prepare concise project status reports, executive presentations, dashboards, and portfolio-level reporting.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and develop mitigation/contingency plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional decision-making and elevate issues for leadership attention.
• Support project intake, prioritization, resource planning, and portfolio management.
• Partner with technical teams to track implementation activities, milestones, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and implementation partners as required.
• Ensure project documentation and governance artifacts are up to date.
• Support continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, reporting, and governance.
